Shipping 

Leash Hero ships anywhere in Canada. We offer free shipping for standard delivery in Canada.

Express and priority shipping is available upon your request, we are happy to offer a flat rate of $10.00 and will cover the difference. You may also want to consider purchasing from Amazon.ca for Prime service without the extra shipping cost.  

Shipping Providers

The shipping companies we use are UPS, Canada Post and FedEx Canada. Please note UPS and FedEX cannot deliver to a PO Box so please specify a physical delivery address for shipping or if you live in a rural location, contact us ahead of time so that we can prearrange Canada Post for you as they do deliver to post boxes across Canada.

Delivery times 

We will prepare and and send your shipment within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

Standard delivery within Canada is based on postal service and is typically 4-6 business days.
